How it works

What happens at the free walkthrough

Thirty minutes, no obligation, and the reason our quotes hold.

The short answer

The walkthrough is a free in person visit before any price is quoted. James does them himself. He goes through the house with you room by room, takes detailed notes on what you want covered and what you do not, looks at the surfaces and floor types, and then gives you a real number and a recommended frequency. There is no cost, no obligation and no deposit.

Why we do it this way

A price given over the phone or through a web form is a guess. It either gets padded so the company is safe, or it gets corrected upward on the day. Neither is a good way to start a relationship you want to last years. Half an hour in the house removes the guessing entirely.

Half an hour in the house removes the guessing entirely.

What gets discussed

Which rooms matter most to you and which you genuinely do not care about. Surfaces that need a specific product. Pets and their routine. Allergies or sensitivities. Access and scheduling. Whether the house needs a deep clean first. And what frequency actually fits, which is the question people most often have the wrong answer to when they call.

What happens next

If it is a fit, we schedule the first clean. If the first visit needs to be a deep clean we will have told you that already and it will not be a surprise on the invoice. If we are not the right company for you, we will say so; we have turned away work that was not a fit, and that is better for both sides than a bad first month.

How the relationship runs afterwards

The same team wherever we can, on a set schedule. A follow up text after every clean, including for weekly customers. If something was missed, we come back and fix it at no cost.
