Family owned in Carmel, Indiana
Recurring house cleaning across Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers and Zionsville. The same background checked team, working to a written standard, on a schedule you stop having to think about.

James and Tori Castek started the company in Carmel after their own two kids made keeping up impossible.
Why families stay
Most cleaning companies are staffing arrangements. The company sells the job and somebody else performs it, which is why quality swings from visit to visit. We built this the other way around.
Every new customer gets a free in person walkthrough before a single number is quoted. James does them himself. Around half an hour, no obligation, and no deposit. We price your actual home rather than an average of your street.
Every cleaner is a W2 employee of this company, background checked before they are ever in a customer's home, fully insured. It costs us more per hour to run it this way. We chose it anyway, because you cannot hold a standard across people who do not work for you.
We run documented procedures for every part of a clean, down to which product is safe on which surface. All purpose cleaner never touches wood or marble. Disinfectant goes where it is actually needed rather than everywhere, because everywhere is how finishes get ruined.
A text after every single clean, including for weekly customers, so you can tell us that day rather than six months later in a review. If something was missed we return and fix it. No cost, no fine print, no argument.
What we do
A one off clean is a nice afternoon. A schedule is what changes how the house feels all year. We do not do post construction cleanup, and we will gladly point you to someone who specializes in it.

A consistent team on a consistent schedule, cleaning your home to the same written standard every visit.

How it starts
An instant online quote is a guess dressed as a price, and it gets corrected on the day, usually upward and usually while somebody is standing in your kitchen feeling misled.
Call or send the form. We ask what prompted you to reach out, because that usually tells us more than a square footage number ever could.
Room by room with detailed notes. Floor types, surfaces that need a specific product, pets, access, the room you genuinely do not care about.
Plus an honest frequency recommendation, including when the honest answer is the cheaper one. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
The same team on a set schedule, and a follow up after every visit. No contract to sign and nothing to cancel if it stops fitting.
How often
The deciding question is not budget or square footage. It is how the house feels on day ten.
Young kids, shedding pets, someone home all day
Nothing ever reaches the buildup stage, so each visit is quicker and more thorough than a biweekly visit on the same house. Soap film does not set and the bathrooms hold rather than swinging good to bad on a cycle.
Most homes in Hamilton County
The most common choice and the one we recommend most often. Two weeks is roughly how long a reasonably tidy home holds before the kitchen and bathrooms start asking for attention.
Empty nesters, no pets, tidy as you go
Weighted more toward the kitchen and bathrooms, because four weeks is long enough for those two rooms to need recovering. If visits start running long we will tell you it is time to move up.
In their words
James, the owner, personally came out to our home and spent quite a bit of time walking through our house and taking detailed notes about what we would expect with each biweekly cleaning. He tries to use the same team at each home for consistency.
They are great about communication and do a great job actually cleaning. If they miss something or don't do something to satisfaction, they make it right.
They have been very thorough and timely and professional. They have been easy to work with regarding scheduling and communicating.
Where we clean
We tightened the service area deliberately as the company grew. A dense route is the only way to send the same cleaners to the same houses on the same day.
Next step
James comes to the house before any number exists. Around half an hour, no cost, no obligation, no deposit, and nothing to sign afterwards.
Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Your request is in. James will be in touch to set up the walkthrough, usually the same business day.
