Questions

Why do you not list prices on your website?

Because a published rate would either be padded to cover the worst case home or too low for most homes. Neither is honest. We quote from a free walkthrough of your actual house.

Do you charge for the walkthrough or estimate?

No. The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation.

Do you require a deposit?

No.

Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?

Usually yes. Most homes need one reset before a maintenance rhythm makes sense. If yours does not, we will tell you.

How much longer does a deep clean take?

Considerably longer, and it depends entirely on the size and condition of the home. We give a real figure at the walkthrough.

Is a deep clean a one time thing?

It can be. Many people also book one seasonally, spring and fall, on top of their recurring plan.

What is the most common cleaning frequency?

Biweekly. It is what most of our customers are on and what we recommend most often.

Is weekly cleaning excessive?

Not in a busy household with kids or pets. In a quieter home it usually is, and we will tell you that rather than sell it to you.

Can I change frequency later?

Yes, any time. Tell us and we adjust the schedule.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes, every one of them, before they set foot in a customer's home.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Everyone who cleans for us is our employee.

Should the house be empty before you clean?

Yes, ideally completely. An empty house is the entire reason this service is worth booking.

Do you clean inside the refrigerator and oven?

Yes, both are included in a move out clean.

Do you do post construction cleaning?

No. It is a different job done properly and we refer it to specialists rather than do it badly.

Can you use my cleaning products?

Yes. We buy the first round and ask you to keep them stocked for your visits.

Are your products safe around pets and children?

We can clean your home entirely with eco friendly, non toxic products. Ask at the walkthrough and we will set it up that way.

Do you bring a vacuum?

Yes, we bring our own equipment.

Are your cleaners employees?

Yes. Every cleaner is our employee, not a subcontractor.

Is that more expensive?

It costs us more to operate. We think the trade is worth it and we made the switch deliberately after starting out with contractors.

Will I get the same cleaners each visit?

That is how we schedule wherever possible.

Is the walkthrough free?

Yes, free and with no obligation.

Who comes to the walkthrough?

James, the owner, does them himself.

How long does it take?

Around half an hour for most homes.

Should I clean before the cleaners come?

No. Clear surfaces if you can, but do not clean. That is what you are paying for.

What if I forget to mention something?

Text us. We follow up after every clean anyway, and anything you tell us goes into the notes for future visits.

What should I ask a cleaning company before hiring them?

Whether cleaners are employees or subcontractors, whether everyone is background checked, whether you get the same team each visit, whether the quote came from someone who saw the house, and what happens if something is missed.

Should I have to pay a deposit?

You should not have to. We do not take one.

Can you clean marble countertops?

Yes, with the correct product. All purpose cleaner never goes on marble in a home we clean.

How do you clean hardwood floors?

With a product appropriate to a sealed wood floor rather than a general purpose spray, which strips finish over time.

Which frequency is most popular?

Biweekly, by a wide margin.

Does a less frequent plan cost less overall?

Per visit it is usually more, because there is more to recover. Over a month it is generally less. We will lay out the actual numbers for your home at the walkthrough.

How often should I have my house cleaned?

For most homes in Hamilton County the honest answer is biweekly. Weekly makes sense with young kids, shedding pets, or a household where several people are home all day. Monthly works if you tidy daily and want the deeper maintenance covered. We recommend a frequency at the walkthrough based on your actual home, and we will tell you when a lower frequency is enough.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. A recurring plan is a schedule, not a lock in.

Will it be the same cleaners each time?

That is how we schedule it wherever possible. Consistency is the reason people stay with us.

Do I need to be home?

No, and most of our recurring customers are not. Every cleaner is background checked and we are fully insured. Plenty of customers would rather be out getting their day back, which is the point.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean maintains a home that is already at a standard. A deep clean establishes that standard. Deep cleaning adds grout and tile, shower glass and tracks, baseboards, door frames, cabinet exteriors, vents, fan blades and the built up grime a maintenance visit is not scheduled to reach. It takes substantially longer.

How long does a deep clean take?

Considerably longer than a maintenance visit, and it depends entirely on the size and condition of the home. We give you a real answer at the walkthrough rather than a guess over the phone.

Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?

Usually, yes. Most homes need one reset before a recurring rhythm makes sense. If yours does not, we will say so.

What is included in a move out cleaning?

Inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, appliance exteriors and the spaces beside them, closets, baseboards, door frames, switch plates and light fixtures, full bathroom reset, and floors throughout. The scope assumes the home is empty.

Should the house be completely empty first?

Yes, ideally. Every item still in the house is a surface we cannot clean under, and an empty house is the entire reason this service is worth booking.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Move dates cluster at the end of the month and the access window is usually narrow. Early notice is what lets us hold the slot you actually need.

Can this become recurring service afterwards?

Often it does. A move in clean is a genuine reset, which makes it a natural moment to start a recurring plan on a house that is already at standard.

Do you take one off commercial jobs?

No. Commercial work is recurring only. It is the only way we can hold the standard with a consistent team.

What size buildings do you handle?

Offices, churches, studios and smaller facilities. We are not a large scale janitorial contractor and we will tell you honestly if a building is beyond what we should take on.

Are your commercial cleaners the same people who clean homes?

Yes. Same employees, same background checks, same written standards.

Do you clean after hours?

We build the schedule around when the building is free. That is part of the walkthrough conversation.
