What a recurring visit covers
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and the main living areas, with close attention to the surfaces that actually get used. Counters, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, appliance exteriors, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, beds made if you want them made. The point of a recurring plan is that nothing gets a chance to build up in the first place.
Choosing your frequency
Weekly suits full houses: young kids, pets, people working from home, anyone who wants the house to simply never be a problem. Biweekly is the most common choice and holds most homes comfortably. Monthly works when you keep on top of daily tidying yourself and want the deeper maintenance handled. We will tell you honestly which one your home needs at the walkthrough, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
The same team, on purpose
We schedule the same cleaners to your home wherever we can. They learn which room your dog sleeps in, which surface needs the gentle product, which day is bad for you. When we bring a new team member through for cross training you will meet them alongside the people you already know.
Your first clean is usually a deep clean
Most homes need one reset before a recurring rhythm makes sense, so the first visit is often a deep clean and the ongoing visits maintain it. We will be straight with you about whether yours needs that.

Questions about recurring cleaning
How often should I have my house cleaned?
For most homes in Hamilton County the honest answer is biweekly. Weekly makes sense with young kids, shedding pets, or a household where several people are home all day. Monthly works if you tidy daily and want the deeper maintenance covered. We recommend a frequency at the walkthrough based on your actual home, and we will tell you when a lower frequency is enough.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. A recurring plan is a schedule, not a lock in.
Will it be the same cleaners each time?
That is how we schedule it wherever possible. Consistency is the reason people stay with us.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most of our recurring customers are not. Every cleaner is background checked and we are fully insured. Plenty of customers would rather be out getting their day back, which is the point.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The walkthrough is free, there is no obligation, and we do not take a deposit.
