We have been using Preferred Cleaning for 5+ months. Before this, we used the same cleaning company for 15 years, so, making a switch for us was somewhat unsettling. James, the owner, personally came out to our home and spent quite a bit of time walking through our house and taking detailed notes about what we would expect with each biweekly cleaning. He tries to use the same team at each home for consistency. However, when a new team member is present for cross training, the process has always gone very smoothly. We have found the team to be incredibly reliable, efficient, professional, friendly and detail oriented. James' communication skills are wonderful! He follows up each cleaning with a text to make sure we are happy with the job that was done and he is always amenable to me adding other areas that I feel need cleaned, to the list.

The preferred cleaning company has been fantastic to work with. They are great about communication and do a great job actually cleaning. If they miss something or don't do something to satisfaction, they make it right. I'm very happy I found them and appreciate how well they clean my house.

We've been very happy with the Preferred Cleaning Co. A few small areas were missed on the first visit, but when I reached out, they responded quickly and came back right away to make it right. They've cleaned our home four times now, and we haven't had any issues since. Every cleaner we've met has been friendly and taken the time to introduce themselves. Communication is easy by text or phone.

Candice and Savannah were amazing! We were in desperate need to have our house cleaned and maintained and they went above and beyond. Jimmy does a great job communicating before the appointment and asked us if we needed anything throughout the process and let us know when the job was complete. Highly recommend if you need reliable and trustworthy cleaning service!
