The content on this site is provided for information. Descriptions of what a service includes are general; the actual scope for your home is agreed at the walkthrough and documented for your account.

We do not publish prices on this site because pricing depends on the specific home. Any figure discussed on this website is illustrative and is not an offer.

Requests submitted through the quote form are requests for contact. They do not create a booking or a contract, and no service is scheduled until we have spoken with you.

Recurring cleaning plans are schedules rather than fixed term contracts. You can change frequency or stop service by telling us.

Our satisfaction guarantee is straightforward: if something is not done to standard, tell us and we come back and put it right at no cost.
