Monthly works when the day to day is genuinely under control. Empty nesters, couples without pets, people who wipe down as they go and simply do not want to spend a Saturday on bathrooms and floors. It is maintenance on a house you are already maintaining.
What a monthly visit is weighted toward
More time in the kitchen and bathrooms, because four weeks is long enough for those two rooms to need recovering. Floors throughout, dusting, and the surfaces that quietly accumulate while nobody is looking.
Where monthly stops working
Add a dog, a toddler, or somebody working from home full time and a month becomes a long time. If we start seeing each visit take significantly longer than the last, we will tell you it is time to move to biweekly rather than quietly letting the standard drop.

For a household that keeps on top of daily tidying and does not have pets or small children, often yes. For a busy family house it usually is not, and we would rather tell you that upfront.
Will a monthly visit take longer?
Generally yes, because four weeks of buildup takes longer to recover than two.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Employees. Every cleaner works for this company, is background checked before entering a home, and is trained to our written standards.
