Offices, churches, studios and small facilities where the same people are in the building every week and notice when it slips. We are not a large scale janitorial contractor and we do not pretend to be. What we are good at is a building that wants a consistent, accountable team rather than a rotating crew from an agency.
Recurring, not one off
We build commercial work around a schedule, the same way we build residential. That is what lets the same cleaners learn the building, and it is what keeps the standard from drifting.
Who is actually in your building
Employees, not subcontractors. Background checked before their first shift, trained to our written standards, insured. For a church or an office with keys and after hours access, that distinction is the whole conversation.

A walkthrough, the same as residential. We look at the building, talk through frequency and what actually needs doing, and price from what is there.

Do you take one off commercial jobs?
No. Commercial work is recurring only. It is the only way we can hold the standard with a consistent team.
What size buildings do you handle?
Offices, churches, studios and smaller facilities. We are not a large scale janitorial contractor and we will tell you honestly if a building is beyond what we should take on.
Are your commercial cleaners the same people who clean homes?
Yes. Same employees, same background checks, same written standards.
Do you clean after hours?
We build the schedule around when the building is free. That is part of the walkthrough conversation.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The walkthrough is free, there is no obligation, and we do not take a deposit.
