Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you would rather we used specific products of your own, we do that as well: the practical arrangement is that we buy the first round and then ask you to keep those products stocked for your visits, because at our size we cannot run a separate inventory for each household. We can also clean your home with eco friendly, non toxic products if that is what you want.
The standard kit
We bring everything. What matters more than the brand is what goes where, and we run off written standards on that. All purpose cleaner never touches wood or marble. Disinfectant is used where disinfectant is actually warranted rather than sprayed across every surface in the house. More finishes are ruined by the wrong product than by a careless cleaner.

If you want your own products used
Some customers have a specific line they want and nothing else. That is completely fine. We will buy the first round, and then we ask you to keep it stocked for the visits. It is not a rule to be difficult, it is that we cannot carry a different inventory per house once there are enough houses.
Eco friendly and non toxic
Available on request, and we will set your plan up that way from the walkthrough. Being straight about it: when we started we intended to be entirely non toxic on every job, and in practice the large majority of customers do not ask for it. So it is an option rather than the default, and we would rather say that than market ourselves as something we are not.
Allergies and sensitivities
Tell us at the walkthrough. A new baby, an asthma diagnosis, a sensitivity to fragrance: these change the plan and they are easy to build around if we know before the first visit rather than after it.
