Nobody in Hamilton County publishes house cleaning prices, and there is a real reason for it: the number depends almost entirely on the specific home. Square footage alone is a poor predictor. What actually moves the price is the number of bathrooms, the floor types, the condition the home is currently in, how much surface is occupied, whether there are pets, and how often we come. We quote after a free in person walkthrough rather than from a web form, because a form guess is either padded to protect us or low enough that somebody ends up disappointed.
What actually drives the number
Bathrooms are the single biggest factor after overall size, because a bathroom is slow work and there is no way to speed it up honestly. Floor type matters more than people expect: hardwood, tile and stone each take a different product and a different pass, and a home with four surfaces underfoot takes longer than a home with one. Condition matters at the start and then stops mattering, which is why first cleans often cost more than the visits that follow. Occupied surface matters, meaning how much of the counter, dresser and shelf space has things on it that have to be lifted, cleaned under and replaced. Pets add hair and add time. And frequency changes everything, because a weekly visit is recovering one week, not four.
A published rate would either be padded to cover the worst case home or too low for most homes. Neither is honest.

An instant online quote is a guess dressed as a price, and it gets corrected on the day, usually upward and usually while somebody is standing in your kitchen feeling misled. What to ask any cleaning company about price
Ask whether the quote is fixed or an estimate that adjusts. Ask whether the first clean is priced differently from the ongoing visits, because it usually should be. Ask whether there is a deposit required before service. Ask what happens to the price if you skip a visit or change frequency. And ask whether the person quoting has actually seen the house.
Where we will talk you down
If your home does not need weekly, we will say so and quote biweekly. If it does not need a deep clean first, we will skip it. We are trying to build a business on recurring customers who stay for years, and the fastest way to lose one of those is to sell them more than they needed in month one.
